Agatha reserves the right to: Modify or discontinue the Game at any time, Update these terms, Change game features, or Adjust or remove content.

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. Game progress and statistics may be stored. User data may be used to improve the Game.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
